Skin Care

Tip 1: Skin Care Tip - If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes. They don't allow skin to breathe and may cause irritation. Scarves, headbands, and caps can collect dirt and oil, too.
Tip 2: Skin Care - If you wear glasses or sunglasses, make sure you clean them frequently to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
Tip 3: Skin Care - Don't pop pimples. It's tempting, but here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness, and even scarring. If you notice a pimple coming before a big event, like the prom, a dermatologist can often treat it for you with less risk of scarring or infection.
Tip 4: Protect your skin from the sun. It may seem like a tan masks acne, but it's only temporary. A tan may worsen your acne, not improve it. Tanning also causes damage to skin that will eventually lead to wrinkles and increase your risk of skin cancer.
Tip 5: Smile! Sometimes it’s all you have time for but it’s the best beauty tip for all of us.
Tip 6: Skin Care - Drink as much as water you can daily. Eight glasses of water per day is recommended to get a beautiful and healthy skin. Water hydrates your skin and throws out harmful toxins from your body.
Tip 7: Skin Care - Keep an eye on your eating habits so that you can have an idea that how many calories you are taking daily. Food plays an important role with how you look and feel.  By taking the foods which are full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, your skin outside will get some glow. And don’t forget to cut short your calories.
Tip 8: Healthy Body - Incorporate a regular exercise routine in your life. Whether you jog, yoga, walk, swim or do aerobics, exercising helps burn the fat and keep your body fit and healthy. Exercising keeps the heart healthy and promotes good blood circulation necessary for glowing, healthy skin.
